“Swimming helps greatly in building children’s muscle tone and developing big motor coordination between the upper limbs (arms) and lower limbs (legs).  And for those (upper- and lower limbs) to function simultaneously.”

“Taken from a physio-therapeutic background, swimming improves a child’s muscle tone and

-strength, and helps with mid-line crossing.  Physiologically it enlarges the lung capacity.  Because it enhances muscle suppleness and carriage, injuries are less likely to happen.

I’ve got 4 kids ---- one 3 year-; twins of 8 years- and a 10-year old girl.  Our priority was to let them learn to swim as soon as possible, to be safe in water.  Swim classes caused them to love water, because the ‘love for water’ drives out the fear of it.  Swimming gives Children the opportunity to reach their full potential and to overcome challenges.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Swim Classes for young children.
